The Guest Rooms Each guest room has its own special charm, as well as a number of things in common: Hardwood Floors. Antique full-size beds. And a variety of distinctive antique lamps and dressers. Big lush comfy towels. And of course, special soaps, shampoo’s and conditioners. Beyond that, it’s a matter of personal taste as to which of the rooms you’d prefer. The Yellow Bedroom is the coziest, just at the top of the stairs, and features an antique jelly cabinet, several small dressers, a rocker, and a vintage private bath with distinctive river rock flooring. The Brass Bedroom is a little larger, and features a mirrored armoire full of comfy sheets and towels, and a charming window bench. And it too has its own bath, down the stairs off the kitchen. So if this is your favorite, pack a bathrobe. The Master Suite is the largest of all, with two antique dressers and an antique chest at the base of the bed full of extra sheets and towels. And attached is a large bath, with a double sink, heated tumbled marble floors, and a working Jacuzzi. The Downstairs Bedroom, (which can be reserved upon request if stairs are an issue for any of the guests) features a big picture window that looks out over the pastures, two beveled stained glass French doors, two lovely antique chests, a primitive rocker, and a good sized private bath with a pedestal sink.
